So Take-Two has bought the rights to produce WWE games from THQ (r.i.p) for a cool $5 million to pay off THQs debts, $4.5 million out of $20 million for THQs stake in Yuke's and $650,000 to WWE for sold units since THQ went belly up.
It's unknown how much Take-Two has had to pay WWE and others, but hopefully if they can bring the series up to the quality of to other sports games, especially the NBA2K series which scared off EA from releasing NBA Live last year.
I hope Take-two manage to breathe some life into the series as its showing it's age and needs a massive overhaul... Even though I do like the series, it needs something new.
